The Horse industry is like everything else. Everyone has an opinion and it’s usually different from the next persons. Trends, fashions and fads change, but some things strike us as fundamental and timeless.

The draft horse full or part blooded is one of those timeless creatures that legends have been made of, wars have been won on, and this country couldn't have survived without.

The days of draft pulled plows and wagons are few now but that does not mean there usefulness has also subsided. Drafts horses can still be seen occasionally on the dressage arena, taking part in endurance rides, or simply being enjoyed as a gentle ride, for the larger figure!

The draft horse today can be just as useful or fulfilling as its ancestors were, just give them a job to do and enjoy there beauty as they put there whole heart into it.
